Emanuel Resendes is a seasoned professional in the architecture and construction industry, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Fero International Inc. since September 2023, focusing on prefabrication and modular architecture. Prior to this role, Emanuel held several significant positions, including Pre-Construction Manager for ED Modular at EllisDon, where responsibilities involved marketplace analysis and brand representation. As a Co-Founder of E2 Studio Inc., Emanuel researched alternative building methods to advance innovative construction practices. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Project Architect at Gensler on CIBC Square, Managing Director at Division 8 Openings Inc., and various architectural roles at Stantec Architecture, Kearns Mancini Architects Inc., Hilditch Architect, Kerr & Co., and Sterling Finlayson Architects. Emanuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Toronto and has furthered studies in Florence, Italy, as well as in Architectural Technology at Fanshawe College.
