James Lowenthal

James Lowenthal is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Fero Labs since May 2023, Lowenthal previously held software engineering positions at Thalo Labs, Ro, and Jane Street from 2018 to 2023. Prior experience includes working as an Embedded Systems Engineer at SICORE Technologies Inc. and a mentor at Dev Bootcamp. Lowenthal began a career in marine services as a Hull Diver at Huntington Marine Service from 2012 to 2014. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Culture and Media Studies from The New School and completion of programs at Dev Bootcamp and Suffolk County Community College, along with certification as an Advanced Open Water diver.
