Kacie Newsom has extensive experience in sales support and contract administration within the fire apparatus industry, currently serving as Industrial Products Sales Support at Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. since February 2016. Previously, Kacie held the position of Dealer Coordinator/Support at HME Incorporated from April 2013 to October 2015, where responsibilities included training dealers on quote management systems and assisting with specification writing. Kacie's career at Ferrara Fire Apparatus, Inc. began in February 2000 as a Contract Administrator, managing orders and ensuring compliance with NFPA and customer specifications until April 2013. Kacie holds an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Delta Jr. and graduated from Albany High School.
