Alex Suarez is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in enterprise support and infrastructure management. Since joining Ferrara in July 2014, Alex has progressed through various roles, culminating in the position of Director of IT - Enterprise Support. Prior to Ferrara, Alex held several key positions at Orbitz Worldwide, including Team Lead and Technical Lead for the Service Desk, and gained foundational experience as a Help Desk Technician Level II at the Illinois Institute of Technology. Earlier career milestones include roles as a System Administrator and Junior Programmer at Forte Communications, Inc. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Benedictine University and a Master in Information Technology Management from Illinois Institute of Technology, along with a minor in Spanish from Benedictine University.
