Anna Walsh Olsen is a seasoned professional in the food science industry with extensive experience in research and development. Currently serving as Senior Director of R&D-Candy/Sugar at Ferrara since November 2021, Anna previously held the position of Director of Research, Development, and Innovation at Baldwin Richardson Foods from July 2016 to November 2021. Prior to that, Anna worked as R&D Manager at Ken's Foods and spent over a decade at Kraft Foods Group, where the role was Group Leader-New Product Innovation, Enhancers & Desserts. Early career experience includes a position as a Lab Assistant in Food Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
