Miles Fostar

Miles Fostar currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Ferrara, where responsibilities include overseeing the Engineering organization, governance, and execution of the Capital portfolio, while focusing on manufacturing site transformation and operational efficiency. Previously, Miles held the role of Vice President of Engineering at 8th Avenue Food & Provisions, managing engineering efforts across 12 manufacturing sites. At Kerry Group, Miles served as Senior Director of Engineering, leading a $130 million annual capital portfolio and implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance initiatives. Earlier experiences include leadership positions at SC Johnson and Tetra Pak, where Miles directed global engineering teams, managed significant capital budgets, and drove process improvements. Miles holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
