Olawumi (Wumi) Yusuff, MSc, CFS, has extensive experience in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Food Safety at Ferrara since October 2018, after holding positions as Senior Manager and Corporate Food Safety Manager. Key responsibilities include serving as a subject matter expert on regulatory compliance and developing technical guidance for production processes.
