Gabriella Campanile

Gabriella Campanile is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive coaching, training, and leadership development, currently serving as Founder and Managing Director of Choice4Value since June 2022. Gabriella is also the Founder of the Scientific Committee and a Board Member of RETE FELIN, an initiative promoting Equal Leadership through collaborative efforts across various sectors. In addition to roles at Ferrari and Pharma Education Center as an Executive Trainer, Gabriella holds leadership positions in several organizations focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, including Vice President of Donne 4.0 and General Manager at Daxo Group. With a solid educational background from the Università degli Studi di Firenze and various international institutions, Gabriella is dedicated to advancing inclusive high-performance strategies in business and beyond.
