Paolo Barchi

Paolo Barchi currently serves as Group CFO at Ferrarini Group, overseeing financial management and investor relations since October 2023. Prior to this role, Barchi worked at BPER Banca from April 2018 to August 2023, holding various positions including Staff del CLO, Regional Director for Emilia Est, and Territorial Director for the Tosco-Emiliana area, along with participation as a member of the Regional ABI Commission. Barchi's earlier experience includes a tenure at BPER Leasing from September 2014 to March 2018, with progressive responsibilities as Senior Credit Manager and Head of Credit and Commercial Services. Barchi holds a Master’s degree in Banking from SDA Bocconi and a diploma in Commercial Accounting from I.T.C. J.Barozi in Modena.
