Duwayne Caroway

Duwayne Caroway is an experienced operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Ferraro Foods since October 2023. Previously, Caroway held multiple leadership roles at R C Moore, Inc. from April 2018 to October 2023, including Executive Vice President and Vice President of Distribution/Operations/Warehousing. Earlier in the career, Caroway worked as General Manager and Director of Warehouse at Maines Paper and Food Service, Inc. from 2015 to January 2018, and as Operations Manager at Achieve from January 2009 to August 2015. Caroway also has extensive logistics experience, having overseen corporate logistics for Maines Paper & Food Service from 2002 to October 2007 and held director positions at Smithfield and Food Lion. Caroway's career began in logistics with Richfood from 1995 to 1999. Educational background includes attendance at Ferrum College and Lafayette High School.
