Marek Hruska

Marek Hruska has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Their most recent role was as a Senior Software Engineer at Ferratum Group since April 2018. Before that, they worked at CERN as a Software Engineer from September 2015 to February 2018, where they developed accelerator control software. Prior to that, Marek was a Senior Java Developer at TEMPEST from January 2014 to August 2015, working on a back-office application for a bank. From August 2009 to December 2013, they served as a Senior Java Developer and Business Analyst at Unicorn, where they worked on a key banking application for Tatra Banka. Marek started their career as a Junior Java Developer at PosAm from January 2008 to February 2009.

Marek Hruska obtained their Bachelor's degree in Informatics from the Faculty of Informatics and Information Technologies at the Slovak University of Technology. Marek pursued further education in Computer Software Engineering and completed their Master's degree in this field at the same institution. Additionally, Marek briefly attended Univerza v Mariboru in 2010 to study Computer Science, but did not obtain a degree.
