Shaun Vella

Shaun Vella is the current Chief HR Officer at Ferratum. Shaun has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, and has held various positions at different companies.

Shaun started their career in 2005 as an HR Officer at Foster Clark Products Ltd. Shaun then became the HR Business Partner at the same company from 2015 to 2019. In between these two positions, Shaun was also the Designate HR Manager at Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz from 2007 to 2008, and the Human Resources Executive at The General Soft Drinks Company Ltd. from 2008 to 2012.

In 2013, Shaun became the HR Manager at Premier Restaurants Malta, where they worked until 2015. Shaun has been with Ferratum since June 2015.

Shaun Vella has obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Executive MBA from the University of Malta. Shaun also holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Communications from the same institution.
