James Black

James Black is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning over a decade in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as the Utilities Division Manager at Ferreira Construction Co., Inc. since August 2019, James has previously held positions in estimating at Granite Construction and worked with Clark Construction Group, LLC as part of the Clark Civil West team. James also served as Chief Estimator at USS Cal Builders, Inc. and as a consultant at Dragados USA, Inc. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
