Jeremy Guinn

Jeremy Guinn has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Jeremy worked at Henkels & McCoy, Inc. from 2000 to 2021, holding various roles including Laborer, Foreman, General Foreman, Estimator, Estimator / Project Manager, and Operations Supervisor. In 2021, they joined Ferreira Construction Co., Inc. as the Area Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Jeremy was later promoted to Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Jeremy Guinn attended Drexel University from 2010 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies with a Business Minor. During their time at Drexel, they also earned a Certificate in Construction Management. In 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master's Certificate in Project Management at The George Washington University. Prior to that, in 2007 to 2008, they received an Associate Certificate in Project Management from ESI International. Jeremy began their higher education journey by completing an Associates of Science degree in Business Administration at Northampton Community College from 2002 to 2008. Furthermore, Jeremy Guinn obtained an OSHA 30 hour Training Course in Construction Safety and Health from OSHA in 2010.
