Megan Poole

Megan (Carton) Poole currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Ferreira Power South, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Megan was the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Ferreira Construction Co., Inc. from July 2011 to January 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing the marketing department and branding for eleven subsidiary companies, as well as expanding the customer base through effective marketing strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as the M/W/DBE Liaison at Schiavone Construction from May 2009 to July 2011, where Megan developed and managed the M/W/DBE Department, and as the Business Development Manager for NYC/Long Island at The Conti Group from May 2004 to March 2009, focusing on generating leads and securing over $400M in new business in civil construction and solar markets.
