Kristie McDaniel

Kristie McDaniel has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kristie began their career as State Secretary-Treasurer at the Illinois Association FFA in 1992 before moving on to work as a Student Worker at Southern Illinois University. In 1997, they transitioned into retail management, working as a Manager at Tractor Supply Company for three years. Kristie then worked as an Agent at Country Insurance and Financial Services, where they helped clients achieve their financial goals. From 2002 to 2007, they served as a Personal Banker at MidCountry Bank (formerly Community National Bank), overseeing financial activities and building customer relationships.

In the healthcare industry, McDaniel worked at St. Mary's Health from 2008 to 2016, holding various roles such as Clinical Nurse Navigator, RN, PCCN Cardiac Service Line, Clinical Informaticist, RN, PCCN, Cath Lab Support Coordinator, and Charge Nurse-Cardiac Telemetry. Kristie was responsible for providing comprehensive care, implementing electronic health records, and managing patient populations.

At Evolent Health in 2017, McDaniel served as the Director of Quality Improvement and Innovation, where they identified and operationalized innovation initiatives to support market performance. Kristie also oversaw tracking and reporting of quality data and collaborated with leaders to design and pilot innovation pilots.

Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Engineering Management at the University of Southern Indiana, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2024. Additionally, they hold various certifications such as Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) from the American Hospital Association, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC), CPI Associate Instructor from the Crisis Prevention Institute, Registered Nurse from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, Guided Care Nursing from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, PCCN-K from AACN (American Association of Critical-Care Nurses), and Registered Nurse from the Indiana State Board of Nursing.
