Alberto Baroffio

Alberto Baroffio is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and corporate law. Currently serving as Compliance and Industrial & Procurement Legal Counsel at Ferrero since August 2014, Alberto is a member of the Corporate Governance Department of Ferrero International S.A. Previously held the role of M&A Legal Counsel at Ferrero International S.A. from April 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included conducting acquisition processes and negotiating comprehensive legal documentation. Before joining Ferrero, Alberto practiced as an Avvocato at Studio Legale Franco Baudino e Associati from June 2008 to July 2014, focusing on civil and commercial law, contractual matters, and litigation. Alberto’s legal journey began as a Praktikant at Studio Legale Grande Stevens from October 2007 to June 2008. Alberto obtained a Dottore in Giurisprudenza with a specialization in civil law from Università degli Studi di Torino between 2001 and 2006.
