Barbara Baldacci is a seasoned trade marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and marketing strategies. Currently serving as Trade Marketing for Kinder and Nutella at Ferrero since October 2019, Barbara oversees category activation, sell-in/sell-out strategies, and new product launches while managing a junior category activator. Previous roles include Junior Brand Manager for Kinder products, where Barbara led brand rebranding initiatives and developed communication platforms. Prior experience includes assistant brand management at Danone, event production at Vivaevents, and marketing roles with Formula Imola S.p.A. Additionally, Barbara has a strong background in sports coaching and event planning, having co-founded a beach volleyball event. Barbara holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna and a diploma in Business Economics from Università degli Studi di Genova.
