Emily Eriksson

Emily Eriksson is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality assurance with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as a Raw Material Food Safety and Quality Auditor at Ferrero since May 2022, Emily has previously worked as a Quality Assurance Consultant at AFRY, contributing to the start-up of an Oatmilk factory for Oatly Inc. Emily held the position of Chairman of the LLK section for the Swedish Association for Quality, where focus was on food, pharma, and chemistry. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Manager at Espresso House Group, overseeing food safety and quality, and as a Quality Assurance specialist at KåKå AB. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science from Linnaeus University and has completed further education in project management and leadership.
