Giacomo Biasotti

Giacomo Biasotti has extensive experience in marketing and project management within the food industry, currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Soremartec - Ferrero Group since January 2007, focusing on new product development and testing for chocolate snacks and tablets. Prior to this role, Giacomo worked at Parmalat Italia S.p.A., initially as Assistant Brand Manager for the Yoghurt Category, progressing to Brand Manager for both the Yoghurt and Dessert Categories and later leading the development and launch of the Jeunesse range, a cross-category anti-age product line. Giacomo holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Parma and has further education from Ehsal.
