Lorenzo Banchi

Lorenzo Banchi has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as VP of HR Planning & Controlling at Ferrero since September 2020, after progressing through roles including Manager and Specialist in HR Planning & Controlling. Prior to Ferrero, Lorenzo spent nearly four years at Convene, managing complex operations as the Complex General Manager and General Manager, overseeing multi-unit meetings and amenity spaces while leading teams of over 30 employees. Lorenzo's earlier roles include Conference Services Manager at Embassy Suites, where responsibilities encompassed coordinating group-related business, and positions at Hilton and AIM Group International, focusing on event operations and organizing international conferences respectively.
