Massimo Gaidano

Massimo Gaidano is a Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at Ferrero, where they have worked since 1992, managing both judicial and extrajudicial IP litigation with a significant emphasis on trademarks and unfair competition. With over thirty years of experience in the field, Massimo has also been involved in various professional associations, including serving as a member of the MARQUES International Trademark Law and Practice Team from 2017 to 2019. They are a delegate for Ferrero at INDICAM and a board member, and are recognized in the WTR 300 list of influential IP counsels. Massimo is fluent in Italian, English, and Spanish, with a working knowledge of French. Currently, they are pursuing a law degree at the Università degli studi di Torino.
