Prior to this role, Sarah spent eight years at Thorntons, advancing from Retail Category Executive to Trading Manager. Earlier experience includes positions as Group Sales Executive and Front Office Manager at The Finesse Collection, as well as Reception Manager and Duty Manager at Oxford Hotels & Inns.
