Scott Fladzinski

Scott Fladzinski currently holds the position of North American Professional Head of Operational Excellence and Digital Transformation at Ferrero, a role initiated in September 2020, where responsibilities include leading the Operational Excellence program across eight Industrial Sites and overseeing digitalization efforts. Prior to this, Scott served as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Home Chef, where advancements in production processes and a culture of improvement were established. Experience also includes participation in Unilever's Future Leaders Program focusing on Supply Chain Management, along with roles in various operational and engineering capacities at Unilever and The Hershey Company. Educational credentials consist of a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Michigan, supplemented by international experience at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
