Simone Gabriele

Simone Gabriele has extensive experience in production planning and supply chain management, currently serving as Production Planning Manager for Estathe & TicTac at Ferrero since September 2020. This role involves planning mid/long-term and scheduling short-term production for over 60 lines and 900 SKUs across multiple co-manufacturers. Previously, at Danone, Simone held various planning roles, including 3rd Party & Activity Planner, where responsibilities included managing relationships with manufacturing suppliers, overseeing logistical activities, and ensuring the timely supply of materials for production. This experience followed an internship at STMicroelectronics, where Simone was involved in logistics, customs, and exhibition coordination. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a second Master’s Degree from Tongji University.
