Andrea Ameli

Andrea Ameli is a seasoned professional in the maritime and defense industries, currently serving as the Operations Director at FSD - Ferretti Security and Defence since September 2015. In this role, Andrea oversees the concept, design, production programming, construction, and marketing of high-performance vessels for military and professional use. Previous positions include Joint Ventures Director at Ferretti Group from 2014 to 2015 and Product Industrialization Director at Ferretti Group from January 2001 to March 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of Engineering at the Marina Militare from 1988 to 2001. Andrea holds an engineering degree in Naval and Mechanical Engineering from Universita degli studi di Trieste and has graduated from Accademia Navale di Livorno, along with a scientific high school diploma from Liceo scientifico Nomentano in Roma.
