Sergey Byvalin

Sergey Byvalin, MBA, has extensive experience in finance management, currently serving as Finance Manager and Head of FPM PMO at FERREXPO PLC since September 1993. Prior roles include Chief Financial Analyst, Deputy Chief of Investment Department, Deputy Chief of Economics Department, and Deputy Chief of Import Purchases. Sergey began a career at PrivatBank as Head of the Department in April 1993. Academic credentials include an Executive MBA from Heriot-Watt University, along with various studies in structured thinking, corporate social responsibility, project management, and economics from institutions such as ARConsulting, Moscow Business School, and International Centre of Privatization, Investment and Management. Additionally, Sergey holds a Master’s degree in Mining and Economics from Dnipro University of Technology.
