VP of Engineering at Ferric

Raju Salahuddin's work experience includes a role as VP of Engineering at Ferric, Inc. starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Magnetics Design Engineer at the same company from October 2021 to July 2022.

Before joining Ferric, Inc., Raju worked as a Scientist at A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research from September 2017 to August 2021. In this role, they managed a team involved in various aspects of the semiconductor value chain, including material development, fabrication, packaging integration, and circuit design. Raju specifically focused on integrated voltage regulators, developing integration techniques for thin-film magnetic inductors on silicon, as well as designing antennas and rectifiers for RF energy harvesting for wireless powered IoT systems.

Prior to that, Raju worked as a Visiting Scholar at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from September 2016 to August 2017, where they mentored graduate students, conducted research on microwave biosensors, and developed strategies for doping in 2D layered semiconductors. Raju also worked as a Graduate Researcher at the same university from September 2011 to August 2016, focusing on wireless power transmission, design and characterization of on-chip antennas, and development of nanotube-based contact plugs and low-k dielectric technology for nano-material enhanced interconnects.

Raju Salahuddin completed their education in a chronological order. Raju began their academic journey at Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from 2002 to 2007. Following this, they joined The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology for their postgraduate studies. Raju obtained a Master of Philosophy degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from 2011 to 2013, and later went on to complete their Ph.D. in the same field from 2013 to 2016. Raju Salahuddin also obtained a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in December 2018.
