Carlos Alberto Rosic

Carlos Alberto Rosic has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering and management roles. Carlos Alberto started their career at Fluidmec SA as an Assistant in the technical office, where they were responsible for data management, manual assembly, and machine part design. Carlos Alberto then joined Vialorenz SA as an R&D Packaging Specialist.

In 1994, Carlos joined Unilever, where they held multiple positions including Maintenance Department Analyst, Senior Project Engineering Leader, and Manufacturing Shift Leader. In these roles, they managed capital projects, ensured production targets were met, and implemented improvement initiatives.

Carlos later joined SC Johnson as a Maintenance Department Leader and then as a Senior Project Engineering Manager. Carlos Alberto was responsible for overseeing capital projects and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

In 2014, Carlos joined The Clorox Company, where they held various roles including Capital Project Manager, Plant Engineering Manager, and LATAM Engineering Manager. In these positions, they managed budgeting, project implementation, and coordination of teams to achieve business objectives.

Currently, Carlos is the Head of Engineering and Maintenance at Ferring Pharmaceuticals.

Carlos Alberto Rosic holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
