Caroline McLay

Caroline McLay is an experienced professional in sustainability and event management with a strong background in both sectors. Currently serving as the ESG & Sustainability Manager at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since March 2015, Caroline leads the development of the annual sustainability report and manages projects focused on packaging sustainability. Previous roles at Ferring included Sustainability Project Leader and Global Congress & Event Leader, where Caroline oversaw significant healthcare events and marketing initiatives. Prior to Ferring, Caroline worked at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, managing up to 800 events annually and leading major institutional projects. Earlier career experience includes serving as Chief Hostess & House Manager for a private family, overseeing staff and managing high-level personal services. Caroline holds a Master of Arts (MA) Honours in Geography from the University of Glasgow.
