Christine Germann

Christine Germann, PhD, MBA, has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, serving as Senior R&D Portfolio Lead at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since March 2000. Germann has successfully built and managed the Reproductive Medicine and Maternal Health portfolio, ensuring alignment with business strategies across multiple project phases. Roles include Senior Global Programme Director, where project execution and business goals are prioritized, and Sr Director CMC Program Leadership, focused on optimizing project management tools and standards. Previous positions encompass leadership in clinical manufacturing, pharmaceutical compliance, and various research scientist roles, establishing a strong foundation in pharmaceutical development, formulation, and lifecycle management. Christine completed an MBA at Open University London and holds a PhD in molecular biology from the German Cancer Research Centre, alongside an Approbation in Pharmacy from The Philipp University of Marburg.
