Fabrice C.

Fabrice C. has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Fabrice started their career as a Continuous Improvements Technician at Valeo in 2001 and later became a Production Manager. In 2009, they joined Novartis as an Operational Excellence Packaging Manager and later transitioned to the role of Operational Excellence Quality Control & Quality Assurance Manager. In 2014, Fabrice joined GSK as a Senior Operations Representative and then became a Production Manager, where they managed a team and implemented Lean manufacturing practices. Since 2019, Fabrice has been working at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, first as an Operational Excellence Site Lead and currently as a Supply Chain Director. In their current role, they lead the deployment of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement projects, manages a team of transformation agents, and ensures sustainable results.

Fabrice C. obtained a Licentiate degree in Methods, Industrialization, and Production Control from AFPI, where they studied from 1999 to 2010. In 2012 and 2013, they attended XL Consultant and earned a Black Belt Lean & Six Sigma without specifying a field of study.
