Frederick Wenzel

Frederick Wenzel has a diverse work experience in IT program leadership and management roles. Frederick is currently working as the ERP IT Program Lead at Ferring since August 2020. Previously, they worked at Elanco as the IT Senior Director Program Management Office from October 2018 to April 2020, and as the IT Global Director Manufacturing & Quality from June 2016 to September 2018. Frederick also served as the IT Integration Lead for Company Acquisition from April 2014 to May 2016. Prior to Elanco, Frederick worked at Novartis Animal Health as the Head of ERP and the Global Integration Manager & Head of the ERP Competence Centre. Frederick also had roles at Novartis as the Head of Novartis PHARMA SAP CORE, the Global SAP Team lead for Sales & Distribution and Materials Management, and as a Senior Business Analyst. Before that, they were the Department Manager for SAP Applications Sales & Distribution and Materials Management at Endress+Hauser Group. Frederick Wenzel began their career as a Math Tutor at Diablo Valley College and worked as a Security Guard at Park Tower.

Frederick Wenzel completed their education in the following order:

1. From 1988 to 1989, they attended Goethe Gymnasium where they participated in a ROTARY Youth Exchange Year program.

2. From 1990 to 1992, they studied at Diablo Valley College and obtained an Associates degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science.

3. From 1992 to 1994, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Frederick obtained certifications as a Certified Change Management Specialist from the Management and Strategy Institute and as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2020.
