Frederik Paulsen

Mr. Paulsen was Chairman of Ferring’s Board of Directors from 1988 until July 2021, when he transitioned to his current role as Honorary Chairman. During Mr. Paulsen’s tenure as Chairman of the Board, the company delivered impressive growth and expanded rapidly into new markets. Mr. Paulsen joined the company in 1976 and became Managing Director of Ferring AB, Sweden, in 1983. He studied chemistry at the Christian-Albrecht University in Kiel, Germany, and business administration at the University of Lund, Sweden.
