Gaurav Shukla

Gaurav Shukla is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over 17 years, primarily in the pharmaceutical sector. Gaurav served as the Human Resources Director for Ferring Pharmaceuticals from July 2013 to July 2022, acting as a regional HR leader and business enabler for South Asia and ASEAN. Prior roles at Ferring Pharmaceuticals included Director of Human Resources and Associate Director HR, with responsibilities encompassing business ethics, compliance, and sustainability. Previously, Gaurav held various HR positions at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, leading HR initiatives in the APAC and Africa & Middle East markets, and began the HR career at Famy Care Ltd, CRP Technologies, and MM Continental Hotel.
