Associate Vice President, FCT And External Technology at Ferring Pharmaceuticals

Janet Halliday began their work experience as a pre-registration pharmacist at Sterling Winthrop in 1984. Janet then pursued a PhD at the University of Strathclyde from 1985 to 1988. Following that, they worked as a Formulation Scientist and Manager at Controlled Therapeutics from 1988 to 1992. In 2011, they joined Ferring Controlled Therapeutics as an Associate Vice President, specializing in Special Delivery Technologies. Janet was responsible for managing a team working on polymer drug delivery and was also a member of the local site management team and global leadership team in cmc. In 2016, they transitioned to become an Associate Vice President at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, overseeing FCT and External Technology. Janet Halliday is currently a retired Independent Advisor as of December 2022.

Janet Halliday holds a PhD in Pharmaceutics from the University of Strathclyde, which they completed from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from Heriot-Watt University between 1980 and 1984. In 2020, they also received a certification in "Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls" from LinkedIn.
