Kody Lothrop

Kody Lothrop, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Organizational Development at Ferring Pharmaceuticals, overseeing learning and development (L&D) and engagement strategies for the US market. Prior to this role, Kody held various positions in organizational development and learning at Jet, including Manager of Organizational Development and Learning and Development Operations Manager, where notable achievements included leading a continuous improvement program that generated significant cost savings.
