Mohan Sowlay serves as the Director of Strategy, Business Development & New Product Planning at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since March 2022, where responsibilities include defining the global Uro-Oncology Business Franchise strategy and leading commercial assessments of externally sourced opportunities. Prior to this role, Mohan held various leadership positions at Emergent BioSolutions, focusing on corporate strategy and commercial assessments for M&A assets and new product planning across therapeutic sectors. Extensive experience also includes ownership of Audiopedics, consultancy roles in new product strategy with NewGen Biopharma and Shire Pharmaceuticals, and analytical positions in competitive intelligence and biotechnology. Mohan holds multiple advanced degrees in Biotechnology and Finance from esteemed institutions including the University of Tennessee and Rutgers University.
