Patricia Croitor is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Director of Global Compliance & Legal for Latin America at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since November 2021, Patricia has previously held significant roles including Head of Legal and Compliance for Latam and Global Compliance Director for EU, Lacan & Global Functions. As the founder of ppcroitor consultoria from December 2018 to July 2022, Patricia specialized in intellectual property, data protection, privacy programs, and healthcare compliance. Prior experience includes Associate Director of Legal & Compliance Latin America at Allergan and work as a lawyer at Dannemann, Siemsen, Bigler & Ipanema Moreira. Patricia holds multiple postgraduate degrees in Digital Law, Data Protection, and Environmental Law, alongside a Bachelor of Laws.
