Victor Glukhov

Victor Glukhov is an experienced professional in the fields of Operational Technology and Industrial Digital Solutions, currently serving as the Director and Head of Digital Factory Solutions at Ferring Pharmaceuticals since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading global solutions for system implementations and operational excellence. Prior to this, Victor held significant roles at Carlsberg Integrated Supply Chain, including Group Operational Technology Senior Manager, overseeing global MES and process automation initiatives, and achieving successful implementations across multiple regions. Additional experience includes technical and business development roles at Wonderware and PLCSystems, as well as application development in the automotive sector. Victor holds an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Research University of Electronic Technology and a high school diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Norilsk FizMat College.
