Wolfram Drescher

Co-Founder and Advisor at Ferroelectric Memory Company

Wolfram Drescher has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2016 when they co-founded the Ferroelectric Memory Company (FMC) and served as an advisor. FMC commercializes memory technology by licensing it to leading chip manufacturers. In 2019, Drescher joined Xilinx as a Senior Director of Business Development, contributing to the design and prototyping of MIMO radios for the 5G market. Wolfram also became a Venture Partner at Target Partners, a leading German venture capital firm, providing financial support and guidance to early-stage technology companies. Drescher continued their venture capital work by becoming a Seed Investor for several companies, including SEMRON GmbH, developing AI chip platforms, and Zadient Technologies, offering silicon carbide material for power electronics. In 2020, Drescher founded Esumedics GmbH, which manufactures and trades medical devices, including face masks. Wolfram later joined enaDyne, a company focusing on plasma catalysis, as a Seed Investor. In 2023, Drescher became a Venture Partner at Spacewalk VC and the Founder & Executive Advisor of Lilectra Corp. Wolfram then became a Seed Investor in WiredSense.

Wolfram Drescher obtained their Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden, where they studied from 1989 to 1994.
