Diane Cartry

Diane Cartry is an experienced tax manager currently working at Ferroglobe PLC, where responsibilities include management and reporting of taxes for French entities within a SOX context since April 2023. Previously, Diane served as a Tax Senior Manager at Deloitte, providing support to audit teams on client tax issues from January 2022 to April 2023. Diane also held the position of Responsable Domaine Comptabilité et Fiscalité at APICIL, overseeing group tax responsibilities, accounting standards, and financial combining from November 2018 to January 2022. At KPMG, Diane created the tax department for the Rhône Alpes, Auvergne, Bourgogne, and Franche Comté regions, with a focus on social economy and real estate tax, in addition to conducting audits and training from July 2013 to November 2018. Previous roles include tax consultant positions at Mazars and OPAC DU RHONE, as well as internships at OPAC DU RHONE and afc conseils. Diane holds a Master 1 degree in Expert Comptable from ISEG Lyon and a Maitrise in Business Law from Université Lyon III.
