Jeroen Delsman Mba

Jeroen Delsman, MBA, CMA has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jeroen'smost recent role is as the CFO and Human Resources Leader at Ferrotec USA, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of Polynesian Resort Properties LLC.

From 2019 to 2021, Jeroen worked at Sanmina as the Operational Division CFO for Printed Circuit Boards. In this role, they were responsible for rebuilding the business and ensuring financial performance and compliance with US GAAP and internal controls.

Before joining Sanmina, Jeroen held various positions at Veeco, starting in 2015 as the Senior Director of Finance and later being promoted to Vice President of Business and Global Operations Finance. Jeroen provided financial leadership for all five Veeco business units and the global operations function.

From 2012 to 2015, Jeroen worked at Lam Research as the Senior Director of FP&A and Director of Finance for Global Operations and FP&A. Jeroen managed P&Ls for various functions and provided financial forecasts, analysis, and presentations.

Prior to their time at Lam Research, Jeroen worked at Novellus Systems (which was acquired by Lam Research Corporation) as the Director of Finance & Assistant Treasurer and Group Controller for SG&A and R&D. Jeroen was responsible for budgeting, supporting month-end close, and providing financial guidance.

In 2006, Jeroen served as a Finance Manager at McKesson Corporation, where they managed financial planning and analysis for the Corporate IT department and implemented cost-saving measures. Before that, they worked as a Senior Associate at The Siegfried Group.

Jeroen's early career includes a role as a Finance Program Manager at SGI (Silicon Graphics) from 2000 to 2005, where they provided financial advice and managed planning and reporting activities. Jeroen also worked as an MBA Intern at Sun Microsystems in 1999.

Throughout their career, Jeroen has demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, compliance, and developing business-focused teams.

Jeroen Delsman, MBA, CMA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting (HEAO-RA) from De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences. Jeroen pursued their MBA with a focus on Finance and General Management at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1998 to 2000. In 2019, they completed the Executive Presence Certificate program at Cornell University. Additionally, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the Institute of Management Accountants in May 2020.
