Jess Perreca Jr is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and account management. Currently serving as Solutions Delivery Manager at Simply Technology since June 2023, Jess has a proven track record in client relations, project management, and team leadership. Previously, Jess held the position of Account Manager at Data Tech Café, where responsibilities included managing client on-boardings, overseeing sales processes, and facilitating communication between clients and the service desk. With past roles such as Service Desk Manager at both Granite Networks and Data Tech Café, as well as experience as a Client Services Technician II and Support Specialist III, Jess has developed strong skills in technical support, team mentoring, and performance tracking. Educational background includes studies at Oakland Community College.
