Brian Horan

Brian Horan is a Commercial Manager and Lead at Ferrovial, managing the Q6 Delivery Integrator Programme through to 2024, which includes significant developments at Heathrow Airport. Prior experience includes serving as a Quantity Surveyor at Jones Engineering Group, focusing on renewable energy projects, and at Randridge International, contributing to oil and gas terminal operations in Scotland. Additional roles include E&I Quantity Surveyor at Sepam, involved in projects such as Heathrow Terminal 2 and Ma'aden's Aluminium Smelter, and an Undergraduate Quantity Surveyor at ESB, working within Ireland's electricity distribution.
