Javier Salgado

Javier Salgado has extensive experience in process management and service delivery within the technology sector, currently serving as Responsable de Planificación de procesos Batch at Ferrovial since December 2017, where significant achievements include normalizing job failure flows and reducing nighttime process execution windows by 40%. In the same company, Javier holds the title of Responsable de Service Desk, focusing on KPIs, SLAs, and communication channel improvements, as well as being part of the TIC Process Management team. Prior to Ferrovial, Javier worked at Atos for a decade in various roles including Process Service Manager and Problem Management Regional Process Owner, where responsibilities ranged from governing processes to improving incident management for high-revenue clients. Javier began his career at Mundivía, leading teams in project implementation support and operations, demonstrating expertise in service monitoring and incident resolution. Javier holds a degree in Physical Sciences with a specialization in Microwave Electronics from Universidad de Cantabria.
