Philip Bowman

Philip Bowman is the current Director at Ferrovial. Prior to joining Ferrovial, Bowman served as an Associate at Black Bear Capital Partners from January 2019 to January 2021. At Black Bear Capital Partners, Bowman was responsible for arranging structured debt and equity for all asset classes in markets throughout the United States.

From March 2018 to December 2018, Bowman worked as an Analyst - Investment Sales at Avison Young. While at Avison Young, Bowman worked alongside James P. Nelson, Principal and Head of Tri-State Investment Sales, with a focus on the sale and disposition of Manhattan multi-family and mixed-use assets.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Bowman worked as an Analyst - Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield from June 2017 to February 2018. While at Cushman & Wakefield, Bowman worked alongside James P. Nelson, Vice Chairman, focusing on the sale and disposition of real assets throughout NYC. Cushman & Wakefield's #1 Investment Sales team nationwide (2016).

Philip Bowman attended Colgate University and majored in Political Science. Philip then went on to attend Deerfield Academy.
