Amanda Ceruti

Amanda Ceruti has extensive work experience in tax-related roles. Amanda started their career in 1996 at Enel Distribuzione SpA, where they worked in various administrative and tax units until 2005. In 2006, they joined Enel Group and held several senior tax positions, including Tax Senior in the Tax Legislative Analysis and Support of Extraordinary Transactions Unit and Tax Senior in the Tax Strategy Unit. From 2010 to 2018, they worked as a Tax Senior in the Tax Planning and Monitoring Unit, where they were involved in global tax monitoring, international tax planning, and various projects. From 2018 to 2022, they served as Tax Senior in the Tax Strategy and Risk Management Unit, focusing on group tax strategy and risk management. Since 2022, they have been working at Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane as the Head of Transformation Italia in the Group Transformation department. In 2023, they assumed the role of Head of Group Program Management - Administration, Finance & Control.

Amanda Ceruti attended the Commercial Technical Institute G.B. Rubini, Romano di Lombardia (BG) from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a major in Accounting. Amanda then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Giurisprudenza at the Università degli Studi di Milano from 1994 to 2006, although they did not complete their degree.
