Nicoletta Giadrossi

Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group since May 26, 2021.

He is Senior Advisor for Industry and Energy for Bain Capital Europe. He is also President of Cairn Energy plc, a British company listed on the FTSE 250 specializing in the production of natural gas; and TecHouse AS, a private Norwegian engineering company.

Giadrossi's portfolio of positions includes various non-executive positions in international companies in the infrastructure and energy sector, including Brembo Spa, Vopak NV, Falck Renewables SpA, Bureau Veritas SA (until 2016) and Faiveley Transport SA (now Wabtec, until 2017).

For the past 25 years, he has held executive roles in global companies in the energy and engineering sectors.

Until 2016 she was President of Europe, Africa, Russia and India, responsible for a division with an annual turnover of 3.5 billion euros, of Technip SA, a French engineering company. Previously, she was Executive Vice President / Head of Operations for Aker Solutions Asa, a Norwegian energy services company; Executive Vice President and General Manager, EMEA for Dresser-Rand (Siemens) and General Manager, Downstream in GE Oil & Gas.

Dr. Giadrossi began her career at The Boston Consulting Group in Paris.

She holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University and an MBA in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

She is an Italian citizen.
