Małgorzata Olędzka-Gełeta

Małgorzata Olędzka-Gełeta is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Ferroxcube, Małgorzata oversees HR operations for a production site of 700 employees. As a co-owner of Progres Sp. z o.o., Małgorzata led HR, finance, and communications within the education sector. Previous roles at Mars included HR Project Manager, Global Shared Service Center Manager, and Chocolate Supply HR Business Partner, where Małgorzata managed global change projects, led HR strategies, and enhanced learning and development initiatives. Małgorzata holds a Master of Science degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk.
